You might see some segments on snacks and desserts, and for now, that may also include lots of videos from the tube or pictures that I can get to share with you guys. Was outsourcing for some videos and I came out with a few and chose these that I will share as I go along. Cakes. Anything about cakes and desserts, yummy to most people.

There are an increasing number of male and female chefs nowadays and just about anyone can learn or share recipes, steps or anything at all pertaining to food, namely desserts. So here's something that I found and would like to share; on how to make chocolate chip pancakes. And the second one is how to make chocolate brownies. The steps look fun and very educational. Enjoy..)=

All About Veggie Casserole And More

Do you guys love eating a baked casserole? I am enjoying this niche right now, but I might also include some blog posts not about food and perhaps other pictures of other things as well. Right now, it's just foodie pictures and more foodie topics. Awesome. I used to always dream of being a very successful chef, I think that has been my dream always. But now I realize it, truly. However, if I can't relive the dream, I can just blog about it. Because sharing about food is like a wonderment, an enjoyment and at the same time, the meaning of food too.

I'm not talking about being gluttony, but food symbolizes happiness and togetherness for me. Bringing people close together with food, making merry and talking joy with food and many more. Normally, food always bring people together. Rarely would you see people fighting and bickering over menial and major topics over food. Or in front of food. Even if there are, that person will have no mood to eat and stop talking altogether. It's synonym, don't you think so. When you are in a bad mood, eating the food is not as enjoyable when you are in a good mood. So that proves time and again that food is associated to happiness. Healthy foods, all the more awesome.

Today, foodie picture is on lime and kiwi. These 2 fruits are very healthy and very2x organic, if you ask me. I mean, have anyone tried drinking lime or kiwi pure juice before? Awesome, right..the taste is different but I was told time and again that it's very healthy to drink this. Make it a habit to stick to a healthy living. Of course, we will always fall for soft drinks with lots of sugar in it. That's non-avoidable. But once in awhile, it's good to have healthy drinks consisting of lime and juice or separately, or if you want to, to consume the fruits as it is. Fabulous. Oh yeah, and the greens are also calming. It's already the 31st of December, 2009 and in a few more hours, 2010 will set in. What are your New Year resolutions? Where would you go with your family and love ones? Or do you choose to spend it with friends or just alone...how about having some healthy drinks and foods for a change in 2010? Hmmmmp, it's enticing for me. See you guys around..~

Prawns, Prawns ^^~~^^

Delicious prawns. So delicious! I tell you, but of course it must be baked in the oven first. If you are thinking of having some homemade pizzas to serve your family members or friends even, think along the lines of the pizza ingredients and then the pizza toppings.

Visualize what your homemade pizza will be like and then go from there. Yeah, just like the development of say, making a building, it goes the same too for making pizzas. Be creative and include anything and everything that you like. If you ask me, I love a cheese pizza anytime. Super yummy! Yeah, great...early in the morning and I'm talking about pizza. Actually, pizza toppings can be of any forms of variety. Besides the cheesy ones, I also love a good pepperoni, some sausages or seafood ones at that. Anything goes, really. Have you guys ever tried chicken dough pizza? Yeah, del.ici.ous...try making it and you'll see.

In any pizza making process, the pizza dough is definitely one of the most interesting thing ever. And if you want a thick crust, make the dough thick and for the thin crust, make thin the dough. That makes sense naturally. Crunchy crusts are the way to go. If you want to serve your guests aplenty, make sure you have a pizza cutter. This is crucial. You don't want to be using a knife and scrimping your way to serve the portions fairly. Ever tried to use chocolate and strawberry for your pizza toppings? No? Why not? It can be awesome.

Experiment; if you go wrong, you can always correct it in your next cookery session. Nowadays, both gender will know the basics of baking and that includes making a pizza or two. If you are worrying about your pizza ingredients, fret not. There are lots of those that you can find in the supermarket and if you do not know the steps into making it, just surf the internet for what you will need. Nowadays, technology is at its best and you can get anything and everything easily. Good luck in your pizza making process aite.

Is This Blog All About Food?

Yeah.. it can be said that way. I would try to feature lots of foodie pictures for foodie lovers and if I have the time, will feature some youtube videos as I go along as well. See this half-boiled, half fried egg picture? See the white part and then the egg yolk. They are there; together.

But do they ever meet? No?? Yes?? Alright, they will if you mesh them up and make them into a scrambled egg or so. Mix them up and there you have it. But just looking at this natural fried egg picture here, notice that the egg yolk never meets the white part. They are just there, in their own rounded side. The egg yolk is in the center, and the outer layer is always the egg white.

Here's an experiment. Try separating the egg yolk and the egg white. Easy peasy? Might be hard but with practice it can be done. Just like how our moms do while baking cakes and etc. But let's say you have the egg yolk on one side and the white already separated; try to mix them up what will you get? You will see them meshed but that is unless you use a spoon or something.

If not, they will go to their individual sides. But they are still together in that small bowl. Funny, isn't it? Yeah, to me it is. Will continue with more foods as I go along with this blog. After all, it looks like I'm converting this blog of mine to a foodie blog. Swamped with tons to do, lots of work to complete still and I'm here playing Facebook games, sending applications and whatnot. I've stopped for a few hours, waiting for my Mafia Wars energy to get replenished fully and then I could be done with Facebooking for the day.

It's starting to get a little boring, and I thought of not logging in for days and days. It feels that way with Friendster and then Multiply. In fact, I thought of deleting my accounts a lot of times, but stopped short. Anyway, I had a good talk yesterday with some mates and I realized a few things. About life basically. Yeah2x..each time I talk or blog, it's always about life. There are just so many things to talk about life rather than what's the latest gadget out there or stuff like that. Jeez, but I'm alright with the latest gadget talk. No harm about it.

Bedazzled with the weather, it's quite cooling these past few days, awesome. It is not. It takes practice and more practice for someone to be very well equipped with their own personal budgeting. More often than not, money management is something that everyone should take note about and although you just want to shut your eyes and not think about it, it's leering in front. Be too non the wise with your money, and it spells trouble. Being too a miser will prove a problem too. So, when can you ever draw the line.

If you ask me, I'd say the best method so far whenever I've read in Internet searches and stuff like that is to draw up a budget planner. Keep it in a Word format or more better, in an Excel spreadsheet. Save this file and keep it for your future reference. You would need to look at it time and again for your money management. Here's an instance. You get salary for the month, recalculate everything and set aside some billing money. Give your parents some, pay for insurance and stuff like that - I call this the miscellaneous expenditure and then you are left with the rest.

Now, money management topic can be tackled even though it seems to be hard. Assuming you have some good stash of money left, do you spend it all on shopping? - for the ladies. And for the guys, do you spend all the money on enjoyment and entertainment with buddies, girlfriends and whatnot? Try not to spend all. And this is crucial, if you want to ever see some good savings in your bank account. This is where you can really hone your money management skill and get it right into perfection. This method is largely known to many people, but not all can do it. Can you at least save 3/4 or 1/4, and then leave the rest for your spending. You can do it. At first, it would be hard.

The first few months will be very crucial because like some say, a dieting process and trying to stop smoking for both gender at times; can be very hard initially and you feel like the gradual method might not be such a good idea after all. So you opt for the cold turkey one. Again, proving to be non-successful. Fret not, because there's a local saying, the bits and pieces will mount to a large mountain. Heh .. pardon my translation there; a bit bad. It means you are saving for a rainy day and bit by bit, that small sum will turn into a big sum. But you need to be consistent and also to discipline yourself never to take that saving away. I will discuss this at length again perhaps someday. Perhaps.. because I will be swamped with other topics, I think. Knowing how my brainy brain works. Meanwhile, plan up your planner and study your own economy; where you spend more, where you need to brush up more and save etc. Good luck, folks!

Success Comes to Those Who Wait Patiently

I believe this to be so. Can you imagine life without any aims or goals? It would be a pretty mundane life, wouldn't it? At the success rates all of us are going through, what are the chances? High or low? Normally, when one speaks about the secret to success, you can find this information aplenty on books. I always love to read books by this very special author and he has given me lots of inspirations, really. About the meaning of success, what it's like and all that. When one speaks about it, it does not just entirely mean a financial success. It is actually a whole lot more than that, and more often than not, it can also be an achievement in friendship, marriage, life, studies, work areas and many more instances. The possibilities are just endless, really.

If you ask me, I'd say business success is definitely widely used and interpreted in this so called explanatory clause. When one thinks of success, one would always think in terms of business success. That's because when you are already halfway up the corporate ladder or whichever ladder it is for you to achieve that high standing or high social status in life, you will tend to meet and interact with a lot of people; be it average to the real high-fliers. Some experiences can really make you feel so humbled, while others give you a passionate drive determination. Business success is part and parcel of being patient too, for I believe that success really comes to those who wait. And not fidgeting the fingers, but doing something about it. Arrogance normally comes at a later part, or a big inflated ego. This has to be crushed.

A healthy ego wanting to succeed should be alright, but if it's at the point of arrogance, it better be tamed. Because sooner or later, this arrogance is going to be the downfall. If you are a man or woman of a good sense, you would definitely know that business success normally happens to those whom have a large network of clientele or am focused and totally driven to their work. We are talking about 9-16 hours and perhaps beyond of hard work. While we are sleeping, these about to be successful people are working their way up there. But it's not really so much of a thirst-quenching situation. Some people are just born to be workaholics, and they do not reserve some time to play.

Equality is important in anything. Back to the topic of success, whenever your patience is wearing thin, take a break and tell yourself that it's normal to feel worn out. Try and tone down with a chill pill (not literally, of course), go for a short vacation with your love ones or something, and come back refresh. You will feel the energy pack recharging for you. Or you can just opt to stay at home with a nice home-cooked meal, watch your favorite shows or play your favorite games. Read a book till finish, and self-help ones can be cool too. Anything, just so long you do not burn yourself out.

What Should I Blog About

I have no topics to blog today, but just feel like wanting to blog just a line or two. I keep changing my stand on this blog, right. Bear with me, readers. I'm going through some blog fundamentals, and no one knows how many times I've tried to mix and match certain templates to suit the style of writing I have here. In the end, I choose a somewhat close to heaven thought of grass template with the ladybug finger on it. Haha! I've gotten one very red background and a black jet window grill set sort of template prior and it looks rather bloody. But the xml code doesn't work for my blog account here; don't know if it's got to do with some html syntax error. Maybe that particular template is not xml user friendly, LoLz...

So what quirks, sounds and delights have you guys been up to lately. Me, nothing much. But I have a personal observation on something. Wanna share this with you guys. I was watching this show on TV the other day and it reminded me of something. I remember this particular ice-cream old-school type; it has a hippopotamus sort of color and the taste is sweet. I can't find the ice-cream anywhere in shops nowadays. Not even in some old school shops. What happened to that ice-cream. It is my answer to candy floss and I am addicted to it before; when I was a kid.

Another personal observation is my no. 1 pet peeve. I can almost swear that I've blogged about this before, but hear me out again. I am really very touchy about people jumping on queues. I can give the killer stare and the person can be so oblivious to his or her surroundings that I can feel anger smoke coming out of my ears. Like totally! Is it possible NOT TO jump queue? I mean, come on, all of us are tired of lining up for say, food or drink and we want to satisfy our stomachs all the same. I line up first, and you jump, what do you get. You only get blank stares or angry ones at that. Am I right to say that. Unless the person is temporary blinded by his or her surrounding, I feel that it's just very polite to follow the lining up rule. I 'cannot stand' it especially when I see someone cutting the line of a pregnant lady some-more.

Now that's really unethical. She's carrying a baby inside and you're cutting off her. Now, passionate anger there..whew.. take a deep breath in, and then out. The 'you' is a general form of hypothetical instance. Not Ah-Lian, Ah-Tan, Ah-Teck or Ah-Kao and Ah-Mao.. not also Muthu or Samad or Dol or Mat or Sentoal either LOLz.. just something out of the blue. I think in future someone cuts off my queue, I would not just give a look. I would sum up to say, 'How Could You!' and just storm off. Like a Diva-Esque or a crazy Monsieur.. But realizing that you have burning feet from all those walking about. So what should you do when you feel those burning feet moments? Should you go and see a foot doctor, just because your feet aches? Or is it giving any serious symptoms leading to say a neuropathy feet?

^Touches on wood^ hopefully those things won't ever happen. If it's just a 1 time thing happening whenever you have a foot cold symptom, that can be overlooked definitely. But what if it's a serious aching which occurs frequently, and especially whenever you go on rounds of shopping, or for the dudes, sporting activities and rough hobbies. There must be something that needs to be looked for and a visit to the doctor is very advisable.

Never sacrifice your health just for laziness's sake or for loving your money too much to depart with it for a visit to your preferred doctor. It's always cool to have precautionary checks..and if it's a false alarm, then it's all good. Not just for the elderly, but young people nowadays can suffer from many health worrying issues and the factors are aplenty. So, just make do with some routine checks per year and you can erase your worries after that.

-An Apple a Day Drives Me Crazy, So I Stick To A Few Apples Per Week- .. :P

How Just About Anyone Can Survive a Bad Breakup ... I Think

I'm not going to say I have the best and utmost awesome solution to survive the term splitting up, but here are some key pointers that may be used just in case any of you out there are suffering from a bad one. Hopefully, this breakup advice will come in handy to anyone's lives should they try to find some stuff from the search engines. Here's one for you guys. And others too..

Try listening to some break up music. Now, this one is a bit tricky. Try to choose any one best song in which it sums up your feelings pretty well and make that your break up music. Think of it this way. If in a relationship, both couples whom don't want to break up want to try out couples counseling, perhaps this type of choosing a cool music would be the perfect key to you. Since breaking up with someone; one pretty much has to deal with it alone, right.

Therefore, by having a perfect listening of 1 tune, it would sum up your whole feelings. But don't repeatedly listen to that song. That is just as a means of you reminiscing what was right in the beginning, what went wrong, and it's in a way of you trying to get back to the ground level. After recognizing that it is really not going to work out, you have to stop listening to that song for awhile. Until you are confident enough to listen to it again sometime in the future, without having any memories of that pain.

Oh, wait. Before you get all yawned up, there is also another method. Start with that list again. This list is like the most boring and lamest method ever, but it works wonders, trust me. Write down all the bad qualities on one paper of your ex, and the other paper the good qualities. I have some encounters with some buddies at different times, whom were trying very hard to forget their exes. They tried means and ways, and each time, would tell me in person that they could not make herself forget the him or the her; whichever. (Coz I have them in both gender, you see). Everywhere they go, they would 'smell' her or him, like you know I recognize you type of smell. I don't know what; perhaps it was the type of perfume, cologne, after-shave, brand of shoes, handbags - whatever. Also, the smell of something familiar like a normal haunting place for them, and many more. Only them know it well. I can only sum it up into words, but they are the ones whom have to face the sadness of it all. Of course, I wish I could suck the pain all up, but I don't have the magic device. So I told them about this list method, and it worked! They got the bad ones a lot, as usual. (chuckles!). Trust me, when you are in a bad break-up, the bad list will always be a long one. LQQL (pun intended).

You can also choose to hang out with your mates and family. They are the best of the Brady Bunch ever when it comes to matters of the heart. They might not have the potion to heal the wounds, but they can make you forget the wound for a little while, before you get back on track up. So, take any of my advices here; anything, as long as it works for you, awesome. If not, my deepest apologies, because I have tried my best. They are just basic stuffs. You can have your own style of healing, and stick with it. Explore other methods too, but stay away from drugs, anti-depressants and any worst kind of healing, only to get yourself addicted to something else that will put you in a rut. Adios, have a superb upcoming weekend, y'all. Friday is already here. For US/UK friends and etc in other parts of the world, perhaps it's one more day to Friday or a few hours more. Hang in there, peeps. :D

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://namelessrider.blogspot.com/2009/12/how-just-about-anyone-can-survive-bad.html' title='How Just About Anyone Can Survive a Bad Breakup ... How the child committed suicide because peers in school were jeering and bullying. That was a sad segment, and I was thinking; this case of bully has been going on since I was young.

Back in my school days, based from my personal observation, bullying in schools were pretty common, but you don't really see it happening rampantly. Not like now, anyway. Depends on the school you go to, I suppose. Not to say that the school I went was a bad one. It was a real good one, with intelligent and creative teachers with so much to give and impressive and brilliant students too. But somewhere, somehow, just about in anywhere, where there are good apples, there are also bad apples, right. So, there were some bullies whom I kind of heard of, but didn't know whether they were for real or not. Mostly rumors. Made up rumors like in the bathroom scenes, fingers being cut and punches being delivered at the back of the school yard.

Anywho, I thought that it was clearly plain rumors being spread around to lift up one's reputation. I call those baseless gangsters. Never been a big fan of bullies and I have always thought of myself to try and stop bullying from spreading. Anyway, it's not in my forte to become an educator, but I just feel for those students whom are on the quiet side and being bullied by the big boys. Most bully cases normally start with school boys, but in recent times, you can read the newspapers and find articles whereby school girls are bullied too.

How do one ever stop this? If you ask me, I'd say this is an ongoing process of educating our young ones against friends whom they think might bully them big time. They should not keep quiet and just suck everything in. A friend wouldn't ever torment you, and that's what educators and parents should always tell their students/children. I'm a no-brainer in this and I don't have a 100% fool-proof solution, but I think in school, teachers should have eyes even at the back of their heads and realizing which students are tormenting who and work closely with the parents.

At home, parents should realize when their children are depressed, not eating and studying well and feeling scared to go to school. Perhaps these are all tell-tale signs that the child is in trouble. Work closely with the teachers and perhaps you guys can catch a bully or two. If I'm not mistaken, I've read an article before about cyber bullying. It can happen anywhere at all, even on the virtual world. It can also happen at the workplace, but played down with a hint of subtlety. The most important thing is to realize if you are a victim, and then decide on how to get out of it. Seek help from others and if you are threatened, don't be scared. Whether it is cyber bullying, or in school, at the workplace or with anyone and anywhere at all, don't ever decide to take your own life for it. You are not to blame ever for hurtful words and actions. The people whom like to bully others are the ones that need help, and not you.

Be brave, seek help and report it your teachers, parents, bosses, superiors and many more. In worst case scenarios, perhaps the police might also come in handy. Depending on case by case basis. Bullying is not a light issue and it's definitely not to be taken lightly. There are just lots of angles to this and perhaps I've not touched on yet. What is sure is that we have to take care of ourselves and do not ever succumb to the deep rut of self-condemnation. Do not believe if someone curses you with vulgarity, or hurl sarcastic and insults. This is especially true for school children, because they might be too young to understand that they are being targeted, and they thought the bullies' words are real. There should also be lots of talks and awareness on this topic. Just my 2 cents thought there. Why do lots of people need books like this for reference, reading and etc? Why do you think that? Beats me too. But what I do know is any form of knowledge is good knowledge. I could be reading tons of self help books to keep me occupied during those boring days, but at the same time, I also want to read stuff on personal development.

It's always good to have some form of self help motivation. It helps to keep those depression feel in check. Just Google for information on the net and you will find lots of depression self help topics aplenty. I'm not the only person to be saying this for sure. Sometimes when we are in a rut and feels like we can't get out of a situation, who do we turn to? Besides praying for a peace of mind and stuff like that. If you ask me, I'd get a pen and paper and jot down notes.

Now, this is something like an advice; so either take it and use it or not, yeah. I'm trying to help those whom just in case Google for information and would like to know how to get out of a rut situation. Right, so take a pen and paper and jot down notes, phrases or whatever that is bugging you. Put in point forms, if you may. And keep those notes in check. Take another piece of paper and jot down in the same format things that make you happy and in which keeps you positive.

Compare both of those papers and you will get to a conclusion that hey, the bad moments do not look so bad, because the good moments or good things that make you happy are also aplenty. Now, if say your bad moments over-ride more than your good ones, don't fret. Put those bad piece aside and concentrate just on the good piece. Keep on punching new phrases, new lines; day by day as you go by. Even if you need another piece of paper, go ahead. After all, you are embarking on your own self-help. As days go by, you will find yourself springing up and your mood being uplifted, trust me.

It's not going to be so bad that you are going to get deep down in a rut for the rest of the remaining 365 days, right. Get off the net if you are too wired up, go for a jog or something and come back fresh. Hang out with your mates, or your family, or love ones and just have a fun time. If you prefer to do some soul-searching alone, by all means do that. Sometimes, we tend to discover more things when we are alone. A rediscovery or some sort.

There was this one time when I was walking and I kid you not!..I thought I saw another replica of my life story playing in front of my eyes. Like there was this bunch of people talking and hanging out together, and I suddenly thought I have a deja-vu moment there. It was like part of my life story being played, but I saw it happening on other people. Right, something like that; the basic ones, just to make you understand. I hope I'm not confusing readers by now, aite.

Feel free to continue reading, because I'm going to delve into soppy love issues in future. Wait! I don't call it soppy. Call me a blogger of sociology topics, love issues or self-help, whatever. But I request a tiny thing here. Just use your search engine and you will see what I mean. There are lots of websites helping users trying to overcome the 101 questions on sociology, love and personal issues. I kid you not. At least to me, it looks aplenty. I might even touch on sensitive topics from now on; I'll see how. After all, this is my blog. So stay tune for more, peeps. Thanks for reading, as always.

Aspirations, Hopes and Dreams

All of us have hopes, dreams and aspirations, right. But what if those aren't realized? What do you do? You go to plan B. And what is plan B? Some people might have a plan B, while others don't. Sometimes we think that we have an alternative plan, but we don't. Therefore, the most important thing is not to fret and be helpless.

The most important thing is to realize the most important things in life, and appreciate it. Don't drain out the small things which can pull you down. And stop worrying about things that are vague. Just stick to reality; be thankful at least there are those issues that matter and make the best out of everything.

Even if some things are not meant to be, no matter how hard you try, keep in the deep knowing that you have tried your best, given your best shot and do not regret with the results. Stop always thinking that you are in a rut, and instead, pull yourself up2x and up.

Very Ngee Yao and Boring Convo ...

This post is short and boring. Just the presence of someone like a close buddy or friend or family member to make all the stresses seem like so far away in Never-Land.
